DATA RETENTION

Personal data collected by Maltem Insight Performance are kept in order to be able to continue to inform users of the evolution of our services, to continue the contractual relationship, and to inform them of new content.

Customer personal data collected by Maltem Insight Performance and used for commercial prospecting purposes are kept for a period of three years from the end of the commercial relationship.

Personal data of non-customer prospects are kept for a maximum period of 36 months from the last interaction made by the prospect.
