The role of Executive Assistant

As the right hand to the operations manager and technical managers, you help to develop the company. You are the first point of contact for customers, prospects and partners, from finding new customers to securing their loyalty.

You coordinate human relations in the whole ecosystem based on new technologies.

You promote Maltem Insight Performance. You are a business evangelist who makes our information system performance experts shine.

Internally, you support the collaborative approach.

 

Your main responsibilities as Executive Assistant

Ideally with a background in new technologies, you are at ease communicating with a wide range of people, from technicians to the Information Systems Manager.

You organize and actively participate in sales presentations both in web meetings and face to face. Some travel will be required.

Immersed in the business, you help the project/service division with its technical and price proposals. You monitor the contracts and modify them over time. Introducing some curves into this very square environment, you translate their language into ‘sleek’ editorial and visual content. This applies to interpersonal relationships as well as marketing campaigns.

You will also learn about the specific areas of our business: digital transformation, artificial and predictive intelligence, agility, etc.
